Shalav Risal is the Coordinator for Human Resource Management Consulting at Bikalp. The Bikalp HR team has successfully implemented various strategic HR interventions including HR policy development, restructuring, salary revision and other allied services. Bikalp team has also accomplished over 100 placement/recruitment services in the short period.
Mr. Risal is a management graduate with specialisation in Human Resource Management from the Kathmandu University , School of Management . He has special interests in understanding and supporting the dynamics of managing people at work. As a consultant, he has been a part of various organisational and policy research projects. He has extensively interacted with the business service sector and development sector organisations, critically evaluating management practices in Nepal . As a specialist in Human Resource Management, he has been involved in various recruitment, development and outplacement programmes for development sector clientele. He has previously worked in the areas of knowledge management, development and management of online content, as well as, as editor of ‘the organisation' management journal. His interest and present scope of assignments are primarily focused on providing a strategic direction and policy level support to business organisations for professional management of employees.

Akash Shreshta is the Coordinator for Marketing Consulting at Bikalp. The Bikalp Marketing team has been instrumental in defining the Corporate Identity of many development sector and business sector organisations in Nepal . Unlike the trend of advertisers, media planners and media placement agencies, the marketing team at Bikalp has provided its clientele with a strategic option for creative branding at corporate as well as product level. Mr. Shrestha has been able to coordinate services ranging from strategic marketing initiatives to operational nitty-gritty of advertising and media planning and placements.
Mr. Shrestha is a management graduate with specialisation in Marketing from the Kathmandu University , School of Management . His special interest is in the creative work involved in marketing. As a consultant and employee, he has been a part of various marketing and sales projects. His diversity of exposure in development sector and business sector organisations in Nepal has assisted him in understanding the requirements of Nepal 's Market. He has previously worked in the areas of brand management, consulting, leading marketing team and operational management of organsiations.

Gyaneshwor Karki is the Coordinator for IT and Finance Consulting at Bikalp. Mr. Karki has worked with various bi-lateral international missions, governmental and business companies in Nepal for last 13 years in IT, Finance, Administration and General Management. He is currently involved in managing number of IT related national and international projects. His core expertise is in identifying the unique IT requirements of an organisation and providing practical solutions by managing required technical experts in IT projects within time, with quality and at affordable costs.
Similarly, various donor organizations have been benefiting from his experience through consulting for preparation of financial guidelines for donor funding, multiple donor and basket funding arrangements, implementation of suitable financial management system and providing advices and support related to finance management.
Mr. Karki is a management graduate from the Ace Institute of Management, Pokhara University. His special passion is in IT planning, implementation and its localisation in Nepal. As a visionary and pragmatic Management and IT consultant, Mr. Karki is also entrusted with initiating and managing the International business portfolio of Bikalp.
