SAP Finance/HR Administrator - 1 Position
The SAP Finance/HR Administrator will be based with Administrative Centre-Himalayas in Kathmandu and would be responsible for data processing and analysis using SNV's ERP software: SAP. This is a regional position and the incumbent will be responsible for processing data of Himalayas subregion which includes: Nepal, Bhutan and Bangladesh.
Core Responsibilities:
- Check and upload financial information provided by countries, and archive accounting documents.
- Check and upload HR data, record and manage changes in staff members.
- Check and upload, time writing data provided by countries.
- Report according to SAP data, perform quality checks and analyse data.
Required Competencies:
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce or Finance with minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience in business or development sector.
- Competent in use of computers with practical knowledge in ERP software, preferably SAP.
- Fluent in written and spoken English and Nepali.
- Strong learning ability, particularly with reference to use of integrated ERP software.
- Ability to work in a team, with strong attention to details.
